Amid heightened speculation surrounding the status of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s marriage, the rap/fashion mogul has reportedly taken steps to relocate his belongings. New reports claim the Yeezy founder moved 500 pairs of his sneakers out of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star’s Calabasas home.

Kim recently appeared to tease a possible reconciliation with her estranged husband after she posted up a steamy pic wearing a bikini and Yeezy sneakers. Many fans thought her choice to wear Kanye’s shoes was a hint at their repairing marriage. It was last month when Page Six released reports that said “divorce was imminent” between the superstar couple. They have been married since 2014 and share four children together. However, in the last year they became at odds after Kanye launched his campaign for the presidency. Sources claim that was the final straw for Kim, while insiders say Kanye found her reality star lifestyle to be “unbearable.” Sources said the two recently stopped going to marriage counseling which is what was their determining factor for staying together.

Last week, Kanye was spotted arriving in Los Angeles via private jet from his ranch in Cody, Wyoming. But, on Wednesday, February 3, Page Six claimed the “Stronger” rapper started moving some of his things out of Kim’s home in Calabasas. Among the things he took with him were 500 pairs of sneakers. This is the first report of the rapper taking steps toward a possible separation from his superstar wife. At the time he was spotted arriving in LA, insiders said Kim was holding off on filing for divorce since they had started to communicate. Her recent post wearing Kanye’s signature sneakers appeared to symbolize peace in the West household. But, with him reportedly moving things outside of the family’s home, some are wondering if the end is near.

Insiders for the “Gold Digger” rapper recently shared his hope for his children to live inside of a compound outside of “fake” Los Angeles. It’s said his decision to leave LA has led to “tension” with the KKW Beauty founder. Prior to the divorce reports that surfaced last month, the separate lives that Kim and Kanye have been living following the election became known. Kim and the kids remained in LA while Kanye lived out of his ranch in Wyoming. As more reports continue to surface, the differences between the married couple are becoming more clear.

Kanye enjoys his life in seclusion while Kim embraces the spotlight. While this is nothing new on her part, it’s possible Kanye has grown tired of his superstardom and just wants more normalcy as he prepares for another presidential run in 2024.
