Pokemon GO Every Shiny Pokemon Available (September 15 Edition)

As many players predicted, Pokemon GO released a few new shiny creatures to celebrate the start of the Ultra Bonus rewards event. The new shiny fighters are now a part of the constantly growing list of special rare spawns offered in the mobile AR game. For the completionists out there, that means the hunt now continues.

Shiny pokemon don’t have any special abilities or stats and are only aesthetically different. Many Pokemon GO trainers still love the thrill of chasing them down during Community Days and special events and acquiring one (or three if you are one of those crazy triple dex players) copy of each shiny is a major goal for many players.

For trainers who want to double check their collection and see how close they are, here’s an updated graphic featuring every shiny that has been released in the game. Most can technically still be caught in the wild even outside of their release events, though some, like shiny Lugia, are obviously only available to spawn when their raid is in rotation.

Keen-eyed players will quickly notice that the newest additions to the growing list include the Golem and Grimer evolution families. Both of these Pokemon received the shiny treatment starting with the launch of the Ultra Bonus event.

In addition to Golem and Grimer, the Legendary bird trio are also back in raid rotation currently, so those shinies are up for grabs, as well. Many players already secured shiny versions during each bird’s special raiding day earlier this summer, but it never hurts to have an extra.

There will undoubtedly be more shinies released in the coming weeks and months, so be sure to check back for additional updates in the near future. Until then, good luck out there, trainers!

Pokemon GO is currently available in select regions on Android and iOS devices.
