The first issue gives the player a clover tattoo on the cheek with a wishbone and the number 13. The issue is located is in the Mass Pike Tunnel, inside a storage room that’s beside a Power Armor Station.

Start at the Mass Pike Tunnel West entrance. You’ll want to head south whenever possible, running through the rightmost railway tunnel. You’ll eventually stumble across a terminal that, when hacked, will lead to a storage room. Look for a toppled storage container near the center of the room to find the magazine issue on the floor. The design is true to the name of the magazine issue, as it gives the player the option of an anchor tattoo on their forehead.

For this one, go to the Thicket Excavations, which is east of Sanctuary and south of the USAF Satellite Station Olivia. There is a friendly NPC there if you are visiting the station for the first time. If not, then there is a chance that the place has been taken over by raiders.

There is a parked caravan at the southwest corner of the excavation site. You’ll spawn just beside it if you fast travel here. Enter the caravan to find the magazine. The issue will be on a desk.

Where To Apply Tattoos

Once you have the magazine issues, it is time to get inked! Just go to Diamond City and head to the Mega Surgery Center. For 100 caps, you’ll be able to change any visual trait of your character.
