Most of the featured podcasts involve more than one host, and all the child stars have moved on to prolific careers acting, directing, producing, and more. Many got their starts on ABC’s TGIF, some were on Disney Channel, and others were on Nickelodeon or NBC. 10 The Study
Phil of the Future is a Disney Channel show from the 2000s that mixed some quirky sci-fi elements into the kids’ sitcom format. Raviv Ullman (whom Disney nicknamed “Ricky”) played Phil Diffy, a teenage guy from 2121 who is stuck in 2004 with his family.
Raviv’s experiences acting are occasionally brought into the conversation on his new podcast, The Study, which he hosts with Rabbi Adam Greenwald. Every Friday, the co-hosts offer a new exploration into the texts of the Torah.
