Single mom Memphis fell for Hamza’s sweet texts and big lips, but the only thing they mutually understand in their challenging love story is “sexy time,” as viewers have noticed. The nurse practitioner says her salary could be enough to take care of Hamza once he arrives in America. However, just like Memphis’ mom, many TLC viewers believe she should rethink her plans.
Memphis met Hamza eight months ago on an international dating app. Describing herself as spontaneous, Memphis revealed she had a “wild side” to her for four years, but that’s behind her now. Memphis inspired many by sharing how she is a divorced mom with two kids and still became self-sufficient by graduating. Calling Hamza the love of her life, Memphis claims he gives her butterflies like she’s never felt before since she’s “tried all different flavors of men.” However, past people she dated could never keep up with sending her good morning texts, while Hamza is consistent.
Episode 1 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days also revealed Memphis had a troubled childhood due to her mother battling drug addiction. This left Memphis to shuttle between 12 foster homes until the age of 19. Viewers are worried her spontaneous decision to not even get engaged to Hamza but marry him within a week of meeting is Memphis trying to fill a void. A post on Reddit by user apjdla called Memphis and Hamza’s relationship a “recipe for disaster.” In the comments, users voiced concern about Memphis having two little kids and how her relationship with Hamza may affect them.

Some viewers believe they saw someone behind Hamza when he indulged in the naughty video call with Memphis, making the situation even more worrisome. Perhaps, instead of crying, Memphis could seize the opportunity and run to save herself from a typical doomed 90 Day Fiancé relationship.
