Another week, another “wardrobe malfunction” on Twitch.

Alinity, known on Twitch for her alleged mistreatment of her pets, was seen on stream wearing a short dress that revealed her underwear. In VOD, which has since been deleted, Alinity sits legs-crossed with her panties showing for several minutes while she talks to chat.

While not nearly as salacious as Amouranth’s recent wardrobe malfunction, the accidental upskirt is without a doubt a terms of service violation on Twitch. Recent Twitch bans have been handed out to streamers like Exohydrax and CinCinBear for wearing “suggestive” clothing. Twitch actually taking action against Alinity, however, is unlikely.

Alinity is one of Twitch’s most notorious troublemakers. She became well known a few months ago for tossing her cat milo on stream, while at the same time clips of her feeding vodka to her cats surfaced. She has also been known to use the n-word on stream and has more than a few previous wardrobe malfunctions of her own.

Despite these infractions, Alinity is hardly ever reprimanded by Twitch. Her situation led to #TwitchIsOverParty trending on Twitter in August due to the inconsistency with which Twitch handles moderation. Many believe the platform is biased against men and small streamers and allows big time streamers and women to do whatever they want. Alinity became the focus of the outrage because she is never held accountable for breaking the rules on Twitch.

In the stream, Alinity is wearing a short dress and, despite crossing her legs, you can clearly see her underwear. She appears to be aware to some extent, because she shifts around multiple times and recrosses her legs to try to hide panties to no effect. At the time of this writing, Alinity’s channel hasn’t been taken down.

When Amouranth showed way too much skin a few weeks ago, her channel was suspended for a few days, which many considered to be a slap on the wrist. Alinity may not face any repercussions at all.

Twitch CEO Emmett Shear addressed the inconsistency in moderation issue at TwitchCon last month, promising analytics and better transparency about how Twitch makes the decisions they make. Those reports have not been released yet, but as of right now, nothing has really changed on Twitch.
