After her heartbreak on The Bachelor season 24, Madison Prewett explains recent rumors about her relationship with former Bachelorette contestant Mike Planeta. Madi has maintained a controversial reputation after her appearance on The Bachelor, known to some for her faith and innocence and seen as toxic by others. While Nick Viall claims she is a “liar,” many still remember Madi for her kindness and grace after the drama of season 24. Having aired in 2020, Madi still remains relevant to Bachelor Nation, still active and present within the Bachelor Nation community and on social media.
Since her time on the series, Madi has not given up on her pursuit of love or her dedication to her faith. Madi also shared about her regrets from The Bachelor season 24 and her difficulties dating after being on the show. From her infamous “ultimatum” regarding Peter’s sex life on the series to the awkward moments between herself and Barbara Weber, Madi has certainly had an intense journey during her time on the series. Post-Bachelor, Madi explained that it has been “definitely harder” to date after being in a televised relationship with Peter. Having been offered the chance to be on Bachelor In Paradise, Madi shared how she is taking a step away from the series and is grounding her decisions, and future relationships, in her faith and expectations for her future partner. Even though Mike does appear to meet all of Madi’s expectations for a future boyfriend and even spouse, she has yet to engage in anything serious with Mike or anyone else since her time with Peter.
Madi has had plenty of rumored relationships, yet the reality star seems content to let love find her, not forcing anything that feels unnatural. Madi and Mike may not be dating, but the two certainly have chemistry and a potential for a successful Bachelor Nation relationship. With strong faiths and a commitment to authentic love, it is certainly a possibility that the two could become a couple in the right circumstances. Still single and pursuing other aspirations outside of The Bachelor, Madi’s comments about Mike tease a potential relationship in the near future.
