Captain Lee Rosbach may have a fierce way of running his ship, but he has his relationship locked down tight with no way of sinking it. According to his Instagram, him and his wife recently celebrated a milestone anniversary as he posted a photo of both of them soaking up the sun, writing, “A little relaxation on the beach for my bride and I. Finally getting to celebrate our belated 45th Anniversary.”

Fans learned that the captain only ever had a relationship with one crew member, and she ended up becoming his wife, telling the cameras on last week’s episode that “She was my chief stew. And the only one.” Captain Lee has always been a man who professed his love for his wife as loyal fans will know there is not a season that goes by that he does not gush about her. Last season Mary Anne revealed how the two met, telling the crew, “My girlfriends knew him. We all went out one night, and I met Lee, and he doesn’t even remember meeting me. I made such a good impression.” The Rosbach’s have resided in Florida since Lee used to own and run restaurants before going into yachting. The couple has four sons and one daughter together. The parents did lose their son Josh to his addiction to opioids.
Even though the couple often spends time apart, they are always willing to make every second count when they are back in each other’s arms. Their relationship has lasted through all eight seasons, and it does not look like a lousy charter or time in the Caribbean will ever diminish their love for one another.
