Because of this mindset, Amy can be a bit controlling of everyone around her, and this is definitely not something that they usually enjoy. She could be more open to some help or suggestion.

If anyone ever needed some help with organization or structure, Amy should be the first person they call. She has a place for everything – and she’s never late. She has a system for her systems, and her binders are honestly a work of art.

No one puts more pressure on Amy than Amy does. When it comes to cases, tests, or even a dinner party, Amy does everything she can to do make sure everything is perfect – and she thinks she’s a total failure isn’t.

She didn’t let anything stand in her way, and she climbed the ladder with flying colors. The thing about Amy’s ambition is that it never falters – and she’s always looking to better herself and achieve more.

4 Worst: She’s Overly Competitive

A little bit of competitiveness and drive is definitely a good thing, but Amy doesn’t always have a filter when it comes to winning and beating everyone else. She can get really intense – and no one wants to stand in her way when she gets into competitive mode.

She goes hard and gives more than 100%, willing to knock everyone down to achieve or win. It’s pretty entertaining, but it’s probably one of her most selfish and terrifying qualities.

Amy is a perfect partner for Jake and a wonderful friend to everyone at the 99th precinct. She puts everyone’s well-being ahead of her own, and she’d do anything for them – even when it’s difficult.

She has a motherly spirit (which will also makes her a stellar mom). She’s the glue that keeps everyone together because she’s willing to make sure everything is in order and her loved ones are happy.

2 Worst: She’s Arrogant

Amy isn’t always arrogant, but she certainly can be. It’s no secret (to her or anyone else) that she’s usually the smartest person in the room and is often the hardest worker. She’s the teacher’s pet, and she knows it.

While Amy is aware that she can usually do things well, sometimes it can come across as a bit condescending. Her friends usually just step back, but with an eye roll. If this reaction is what she gets from her friends, maybe she should take her superiority down a notch.

1 Best: She’s Authentic

There’s no one more real than Amy. She’s willing to do her happy dance and lets everyone know how much she loves completing nerdy tests and crosswords. She doesn’t aim to please anyone (except for maybe Captain Holt). However, even then she holds true to her values and morals.

Amy is beyond unique. Her quirks are certainly out there, but she’s never embarrassed to fully live her own life. Everyone could learn a thing or two from Amy Santiago.
