Mediatonic and Hasbro have teamed up to bring us Monopoly: Fall Guys Ultimate Knockout Edition. It’s basically Monopoly but modified with a Fall Guys theme and featuring tokens modeled after Fall Guys costumes. And there are also working obstacles that can “actually yeet other players.”

“Become the Blunderdome champion,” reads the game description on Amazon. “This Monopoly game features exciting gameplay, colorful artwork, zany game components, and character tokens inspired by Fall Guys Ultimate Knockout.”

Besides rolling dice to move around the game board to buy rounds (which are the equivalent of properties in Monopoly Fall Guys), you’ll also collect a Crown every time you pass Go. Crowns are worth 10,000 Kudos at the end of the game, so grabbing as many Crowns as possible is likely to be a winning strategy.

But as previously mentioned, there are plenty of obstacles to keep you from grabbing Crowns. Monopoly Fall Guys includes actual obstacles like Big Yeetus, the Moving Wall, and See Saws to knock player tokens off the game board. Players role a Knockout Die at the beginning of each round that can activate obstacles, collect crowns, or even move other players.

“Players move around the board as a Fall Guys character token, performing wild actions such as jumping, grabbing, and falling to victory! Besides dodging the 3D obstacles,” the store listing adds, “players collect valuable Crowns when passing Go, and roll the Knockout die to change gameplay.”

Monopoly Fall Guys will be available first in the US before heading to the rest of the world sometime later this year. Amazon lists the game at $26.49. The costumes appear to be the standard unlocks and none of the more exclusive in-game costumes that need to be unlocked during certain events.

It’s a little strange for Fall Guys to get a tabletop adaptation before the planned Switch or Xbox port, but then again, Fall Guys is a pretty strange game.
