If you’re on the fence about Bethesda’s recently announced Ghostwire: Tokyo, then keep in mind that the game’s creative director also worked on Okami and Bayonetta.

Also, she’s adorable.

Yesterday, Bethesda rolled out its E3 presentation with quite a few announcements. There was the new Fallout 76 expansion that would finally turn it into a Fallout game, there was the update on Doom Eternal, and there was an old classic franchise reborn as a mobile game.

There was also the strange announcement of Ghostwire: Tokyo from Tango Gameworks. Those are the folks that brought us The Evil Within series. Not a whole lot about the game was explained other than it’s an action adventure game with horror elements (Tango’s specialty), it takes place in Tokyo following some Rapture-like event, and the player has strange magic powers to use against an influx of demons.

We’re guessing it’s very early in development, so Tango doesn’t have a whole lot to show. One thing they did show was the game’s creative director, Ikumi Nakamura, whose bubbly personality left a distinct impression on the crowd.

But if that’s not enough to convince you to player her upcoming game, perhaps her CV can help. Nakamura has worked with Capcom and Platinum Games before arriving at Tango, with artist credits on classics like Okami, Bayonetta, and Marvel Vs. Capcom 3. She was also the lead artist on The Evil Within and a character artist for Street Fighter V.

This girl is a literal wizard, as one Twitter user helpfully points out.

Another interesting tidbit offered up in the tweet is Nakamura’s love for the film Hellraiser, which she watched almost daily as a child. Which isn’t weird or anything.

It’ll be exciting to see how Ghostwire: Tokyo shapes up and what direction they decide to take it in. Will it have the difficulty of Dark Souls combined with the action/horror of Resident Evil? Or will we be in store for a far more action-y feel?

It’ll be a while before we find out, but with Nakamura in charge, consider us sold.
