When a track piece is selected, moving the steering analog stick or keys will rotate the track left or right, as well as extend or shorten the length of the track piece. Holding the left bumper allows players to twist the tracks left and right, and even upside down. Players can apply the magnetic strips to the tracks preventing cars from falling off, as well as speed and boost regeneration strips, like the ones on several skyscraper tracks in Hot Wheels Unleashed.
