Sinistea can be found in the Glimwood Tangle. This is a Pokemon that is available in both Pokemon Sword & Pokemon Shield. It can be found walking around inside of the cave or grass area in the overworld. Players have 10% of running into one in the wild. The best way to find one is to constantly around in the Glimwood Tangle to have Pokemon pop-in and pop-out of existence. Players will find it from level 34 to 36.
