The Spider Cavern dungeon in Diablo 2: Resurrected is tucked away within the vast and randomized Spider Forest area. Players will need to find this dungeon in Act III as part of the “Khalim’s Will” quest. This quest will be triggered after completing the first quest in Act III or by entering the Great Marsh.
There are various mysteries to uncover and puzzles to solve in Diablo 2: Resurrected. The maps in the game are randomly generated, making quests like “Khalim’s Will” or “Tools of the Trade” difficult to complete. Players will need to collect several pieces to complete Khalim’s Will, one of which will be located in the Spider Cavern.
After getting the quest, players can head into the Spider Forest. The area is essentially a large maze, so it’s likely that players will be spending some time trying to find the Spider Cavern. There are also some powerful enemies to fight, so using a top build like the Archer Amazon will be beneficial. Inside the Spider Cavern, players will be able to obtain the Khalim’s Eye.
Locating the Spider Cavern in Diablo 2: Resurrected
The Spider Forest is the jungle area next to the Kurast Docks in Act III of Diablo 2: Resurrected. This is one of the most confusing areas in Diablo 2: Resurrected because of its size and the density of the forest. The Spider Cavern is a small opening covered in webs within the forest. Unfortunately, the exact location will change with each playthrough, so players will need to keep exploring the forest until the Spider Cavern is found. The Spider Forest and the Spider Cavern are both full of dangerous enemies, so players should use one of Diablo 2: Resurrected’s best class builds when searching it.
Once inside the Spider Cavern, players will need to locate Khalim’s Eye. The item can be found inside a gold chest, but it is being guarded by Sszark the Burning, a Super Unique enemy. Having mercenaries or other players in the party can help with defeating this boss, but if players are still struggling to defeat it with their current build, Diablo 2: Resurrected has a character respec option.
The Spider Cavern is one of Diablo 2: Resurrected’s more challenging areas to find, and it can take a while to explore the Spider Forest and locate it. After fighting through both areas and obtaining Khalim’s Eye, players can continue the quest by returning to Deckard Cain in town. Completing the Spider Cavern is an unmissable part of Act III in Diablo 2: Resurrected.
