The Last of Us: Part II is full of trophies for players to collect. There are some that require finishing story moments, finding collectibles, and even participating in tasks that aren’t necessary for the overall plot. So as you’re striving for that Platinum Trophy, here’s how to unlock all the hidden and some of the more obscure trophies in The Last of Us: Part II.

So Great and Small

To earn this trophy, you’ll need to collect an artifact reminiscent of one of Naughty Dog’s other classic characters. It’s located in the bank vault during Chapter 2 – Downtown. After finding the note with the combination (60-23-06), you can enter the vault. In the back right corner behind the table piled with money, there will be an open lockbox with a ring inside. It looks to be from our old pal Nathan Drake and finding it will earn you the trophy.

Looks Good On You

This trophy is all about getting a hat on Joel. During Chapter 2 – Birthday Gift, Ellie, and Joel will visit a museum where Ellie can pick up and wear a hat found in the first display. After you enter the first exhibit, place the hat on the dinosaur to the right then put it back on. After placing it on an additional dinosaur and taking it back, approach Joel and place it atop his head. This will earn you the trophy.

Sharp Shooter

Win the shooting range contest against Manny during Chapter 6 – The Forward Base to unlock this trophy.

Relic of the Sages

Naughty Dog is known for including Jak and Daxter references throughout their games and here is yet another one! Finding this Precursor Orb in Chapter 6 – Hostile Territory will unlock this trophy. You’ll need to go inside the Ruby Dragon and get past a couple of Clickers upstairs before you continue. Once that’s done, you can jump across a gap leading you to the building across the street. Inside, you’ll venture into the second room where there’s a huge hole in the floor but before you jump down, investigate the table in the corner. This is where you’ll find the strange artifact an earn the trophy.

Put My Name Up

During Chapter 6 – Winter Visit, you’ll need to interact with the toy bow and hit at least 10 targets to earn this trophy and get your name up on the board.

Safecracker

To get this trophy, you’ll need to unlock all the safes you come across throughout the campaign. For some help, check out our article: The Last Of Us: Part II – Where to Find All Safe Combinations.

But there also may be a trick where you don’t need to find the combinations at all.

There are also some trophies throughout The Last of Us Part II that require more than one playthrough to collect.

Survival Expert

This trophy requires you to learn all player upgrades. To do this you’ll need to find all the training manuals so you have access to every upgrade, then you can spend supplements to improve your character throughout the campaign. You’ll need to do this for both Ellie and Abby to unlock the trophy. You also won’t be able to fully upgrade your characters in one playthrough, but during New Game Plus your upgrades will cross over so you can continue on.

Arms Master

To earn this trophy, you’ll need to fully upgrade all your weapons. This can be done at workbenches with spare parts you find throughout the world. Similar to Survival Expert, you won’t be able to fully complete this during one playthrough, but your upgrades will cross over during New Game Plus.

The Last of Us: Part II is available now exclusively for PlayStation 4.
