The Wasp Queen can be a challenging boss in It Takes Two. This guide will show players how they can defeat it. In It Takes Two, players must work together to get through the entire game. The game is built on strong communication and building relationships with your partner. Cody and May are a married couple who are currently going through a divorce who magically get their minds transported into the bodies of the dolls they have been made by their daughter. They must now work together to return back to their normal lives. The Wasp Queen is one of the many challenges that await this couple. This guide will show players how they can defeat the Wasp Queen.

The thing about It Takes Two is that both Cody and May have different tools that players need to utilize. It is impossible to try and get through this game using the set of only one character. The subject matter is pretty mature as this divorced couple must work together and communicate to advance closer to their goal. The same happens with the Wasp Queen, as Cody and May need to work perfectly together to bring it down. Here is how players can defeat it.

How To Beat The Wasp Queen in It Takes Two

For starters, players will need to remove the Wasp Swarm that is surrounding the Queen before being able to do damage. To do this, Cody will need to shoot at the swarms so May can finish them off. They will retaliate by turning into various weapons to make sure to dodge these when they appear. Once the swarm is gone, Cody will be able to shoot the Queen himself. Set it up and follow it up with May to blow them up. Do this again on the other side of its body.

Now with both of the front parts done, players will now need to ride the rail to get behind the Wasp Queen. This is a bit more challenging since players need to be coordinated to grind, shoot, and explode the back part using May. Communicate with your partner to clear out the wasp from the back and continue to repeat this process until only the head is left. Do this once more and the Wasp Queen will be defeated. Cody and May (and the players) have now worked together to bring down this challenging boss bringing them one step closer to home.
