This sci-fi drama stars Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt. They are passengers on an aircraft travelling to a new colony, but Jim’s sleep chambers malfunctions, and he awakens Aurora – 90 years early.

This romance drama is full of suspense, hate, and still a beautiful story of love and life. It’s the most light-hearted, despite its drama, because it’s all about love.

9 Tiffany – Silver Linings Playbook (2012)

While this romantic comedy drama follows two people with mental illness, the vibe of the movie is still incredibly humorous and light-hearted. With Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper, this David O. Russell directed flick is home to J-Law’s Oscar.

This mystery drama was the flick that got this actress noticed. Receiving her first Academy Award nomination, Lawrence plays a young girl that grew up in the mountains.

This is one of Lawrence’s newest flicks, and is undoubtedly the hardest to watch and the most disturbing. She plays a Russian intelligence agent, who is cruelly trained to use her body as a weapon.

She is tasked to target a CIA agent, but together they discover even more disturbing truths. This flick is not for the faint of heart, but is an incredibly change of pace for this dynamic actress.
