Since season 4 of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation came to an end in early September, the eight roommates have been keeping quite busy in their personal lives. Some have been focusing their time on different business ventures while others have been adjusting to growing their family with new little meatballs. In typical Jersey Shore fashion, there has even been some drama since the season wrapped as well.
The last season of the spinoff series concluded with Jersey Shore family wrapping up their cast trip to the mountains. Not only were they all getting along following a year of drama, but they were also celebrating major life milestones, such as Deena Cortese and Lauren Sorrentino’s pregnancies, as well as Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s sobriety. In addition to this, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi made her return to the show, and fans were introduced to Ronnie Ortiz-Magro’s new girlfriend Saffire Matos.
After filming for season 4 wrapped, both Deena and Lauren welcomed their sons into the world just weeks apart. Deena and her husband, Chris Buckner, became parents of two on May 1. In addition to growing their family, Deena also started a new Instagram page to showcase her dinner recipes for fans. On May 26, Mike and Lauren became first-time parents. The family of three then had a scary experience when Mike had to call the cops after his brother unexpectedly showed up at their New Jersey home. His brother is not allowed on the family’s property without invitation, which is why Mike felt the need to call the cops. Mike also recently finished his probational period, officially making him a free man after his tax evasion scandal.
Ronnie had an exciting life milestone as well – he proposed to Saffire. This shocking engagement came just two months after Ronnie was arrested for domestic violence allegations involving Saffire. The couple took a hiatus from social media for quite some time following the incident. None of Ronnie’s roommates have publicly commented on his recent engagement. After Ronnie’s latest arrest, both he and MTV announced he would be stepping away from filming for the show as the rest of the cast geared up to prepare for season 5. However, he has since said that he intends on returning sometime during season 5. In season 4, fans watched as Ronnie helped Vinny Guadagnino buy a second home in Los Angeles. Vinny has since sold the property despite only owning it for less than a year. Vinny has also set out to find love while filming for season 3 of Double Shot At Love.
As for the rest of the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation cast, they have all been keeping busy as well. When Nicole isn’t working hard at one of her two boutique locations, she is spending time with her three kids. She has also taken on a hosting gig for MTV’s new show, Messyness, and launched her own brand of wine. Jenni “JWoww” Farley has been planning her upcoming wedding to Zack “24” Carpinello while Angelina Pivarnick called off her divorce. Of course, Pauly D has been living his best life, as he went back on tour with his girlfriend, Nikki Hall, by his side. Despite their busy schedules, the roommates have managed to find time to get together to film for season 5 of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. Although they have already been filming for quite some time, a premiere date has yet to be announced.
