Kylie Jenner didn’t have to work very hard to become famous considering that she was practically raised on the set of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. When she became a teenager, Kylie quickly began earning money, particularly through her makeup businesses. Not only was she rising the ranks of wealth quickly, she became the ultimate teen and fashion icon in the mid-2010s. In fact, Forbes declared her a billionaire in 2018, but then revoked her status when they found out figures related to her net worth were fraudulent. WAP Music Video

It may feel like a lifetime ago, but we’re approaching the 1 year anniversary of Megan thee Stallion and Cardi B’s WAP music video. Kylie made a surprise cameo appearance, but was completely slandered for merely walking down a hallway. Many felt that she had no business being in a music video with talented rap artists since she has no musical or dance talent herself. Over 60,000 people went so far with their rage that they signed a petition to remove her from the short video.

GoFundMe Request

The alleged “self-made” billionaire asked her followers on Instagram to, “say a prayer for Sam” and donate to a GoFundMe page in his honor. Samuel Rauda is one of Kylie’s makeup artists who’s also known for working alongside Bella Thorne and Bebe Rexha. After a serious car accident and being thrown from a moving vehicle, Sam required major surgery. The GoFundMe page was set up to “help cover the cost of his medical expenses and what’s to come.” According to the page, Kylie donated $5,000 even though she makes around $19,000 an hour. Twitter blew up immediately. “No way billionaire Kylie Jenner opened a GoFundMe for her stylist??? Sis, how about you GO FUND HIM,” one user wrote.

The makeup mogul Jeffree Star is known for his brow-less look, colorful outfits and, of course, painting for the gods. In 2013, he started his own makeup brand called Jeffree Star Cosmetics. As a reputable source, he routinely reviews the makeup products of others, including Jenner’s beauty products. Kylie did not get the “Jeffree Star approved” rating. He accused her of overcharging for simple products and said her popular lip kits “suck.” Over the years, Star continued to review Jenner’s products, but continuously found faults with them.

Kanye West Tweets

We all know that Kanye West can say some radical things on Twitter. However, there is often an element of truth to what he says. In the midst of 2020, the rap artist once tweeted, “Kylie stinks”. The tweet has since been deleted, but people shared screenshots which amassed over 5,000 retweets. Allegedly, West once tweeted, “I lowkey don’t f*** with that b**** Stormi,” but it was likely deleted quickly because not many sources can verify the tweet.

Last year, many travel restrictions were put in place to stop the spread of the coronavirus. Like many other celebrities, Kylie continued to live her lifestyle abroad, angering tons of people. In addition, many were mortified by the Kardashian Jenner family’s decision to continue to showcase their lavish lifestyle in a tough economic time.

Despite all this, Jenner released a hand sanitizer under her brand, Kylie Skin. People were disgusted at her attempt to profit off the pandemic. Someone tweeted, “For 4 interest-free payments of 1.75, you could have your very own overpriced Kylie sanitizer.”
