Capcom has released a new trailer for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, and it seems to confirm some new dishes will be coming for our Felyne friends.

Iceborne, Monster Hunter: World’s upcoming expansion, will add a ton of stuff to the game. There will be new monsters, new gear, no weapon features, and best of all, new things to eat. We already know that hot drinks will be part of the expansion to stave off the bitter cold of Hoarfrost Reach, but it seems that our Palico friends will also get some updated recipes better suited to the cold environs of the New World.

In the latest trailer, Capcom details some of Iceborne’s story as the intrepid Research Commission explores their coldest environ yet. A caravan eventually finds a location to settle a new town called Seliana. It has everything you’d expect from Astera, although it seems that a certain muscular Felyne has been replaced by a somewhat chunkier version better suited to the extreme cold.

So far, there isn’t a whole lot of story to tell other than there are yet more beasties in Iceborne to murder–er, that is, “research.” One is a new form of Legiana called Shrieking Legiana that, as the name suggests, shrieks even more often than the regular version. Another classic from the second generation of Monster Hunter, Tigrex, also arrives at the Rotten Vale to give hunters a rough time.

We already know Barioth and Nargacuga will be coming in Iceborne, and the way that the latest trailer ends with Rathalos more terrified of what’s behind the hunter than the hunter himself seems to indicate there could be at least one more classic monster to be added in the expansion.

Capcom also let us know in their press release that Iceborne will definitely be at this year’s E3 festivities and will be playable by the public. This makes sense, as Iceborne is set to drop September 6th for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, with the PC release coming later this winter.
