Morbid yet kind, Tae Takemi is a back-alley doctor who practices in Yongen-Jaya, just a few minutes away from Joker’s residence at Leblanc Café. Joker initially ventures to her clinic to fetch some medicine for the Metaverse, but Takemi soon realizes she can use him for her own secret practices. The two decide to help each other out and strike a deal. Here is a spoiler-free guide on how to max out her confidant in Persona 5 Royal.

Availability

Takemi is available beginning 4/18. Joker can find her during the day at her clinic in Yongen-Jaya and trigger her first ranked confidant event by asking her for medicine.

After unlocking her confidant, Takemi will be available after school on nearly every day of the week. On rainy days, she will also be available at night. Note there are some events that do not happen on rainy days.

If you decide to pursue a romantic relationship with Takemi, her availability will change from daytime to nighttime.

Perks

• Rank 1 || Rejuvenation: Increases the selection of healing items at the clinic.
• Rank 3 || Sterilization: Adds more healing items to the clinic.
• Rank 5 || Immunization: Adds support items to the inventory at the clinic.
• Rank 7 || Discounted: Decreases the price for all items sold at the clinic. (50% discount on all products.)
• Rank 10 || Resuscitation: Increases the selection of revival items at the clinic.

Rank-Up Events

As with every confidant, having a persona of a corresponding arcana will increase the number of points you earn with them by one. The point increases with a Death persona on hand are indicated in brackets next to the regular increases as such:

If you do not have enough points to unlock the next ranked event (or have already maxed out your bond with her), you can invite Takemi out to several different locations. All of the same parameters for bonuses apply to non-rank hangouts as well.
