Similar to last year’s event, this year’s Pokemon GO Fest is utilizing habitats to put a spotlight on various Pokemon during select hours of the event. During Day 1 (the “Catch” themed day), habitats will be returning and players can count on seeing certain Pokemon during each of the four different habitats as they rotate throughout the day. Although there are sure to be some surprises as each habitat window kicks off, there are a handful of Pokemon that players can definitely expect to encounter.

The “Catch!” activities take place this Saturday and Pokemon GO players will have the full day to enjoy the special rewards, features, and bonuses before Sunday arrives and the spotlight shifts over to some very special Legendary Battle Raids. While Saturday’s activities are underway, trainers will have Collection Challenges to complete and other tasks to finish that may be easier if they are well informed about when each Pokemon is going to be spawning. Taking a look at what has already been shared can start to offer some clues about what the most exciting catches will likely be during the Saturday portion of the weekend event.

Trainers should also keep in mind that ticketholders are going to have access to special spawns (check out all the ticketholder bonuses and features). Players who have purchased a ticket to the event and activated Incense can count on triggering some special spawns that non-ticketholders won’t see. The Pokemon that are in that category have been outlined below each habitat, as well…

Jungle

Ticketed Incense Spawns – Ludicolo, Chatot, Leafeon and Serperior

The spawns will help offer players a great opportunity to fill in some Pokedex entries that have been tough for casual players to come by and fans shoulder remember to use relevant Berries when necessary to get the most value out of every catch. The same is true for Lucky Eggs and Star Pieces if players are still grinding away towards the new max level or running low on some of the game’s more valuable resources.

In the coming weeks, we should learn more about what other events will be arriving during the rest of the Season of Discovery. Be sure to check back in the near future for more Pokemon GO strategy guides, news, and updates. Until then, good luck out there, trainers!
