Pokemon GO – October 2021 Legendary and Mega Battle Raid Schedule

October is here and there is a brand new list of exciting activities and events for Pokemon GO players to dive into in the weeks leading up to the big Halloween festivities in the mobile AR game. As always, a new month also means a fresh rotation of Battle Raid bosses and this time around there are some very exciting bosses up for grabs – especially for fans of shiny Pokemon.

The official October 2021 calendar of events is available now, so players can review all of the currently announced Legendary and Mega Raid bosses that are coming to the mobile AR game throughout October. Once again, there aren’t any brand new Legendary or Mega debuts for Pokemon GO players to get excited about, but there are going to be some tempting raids rotating throughout the month.

The big highlight this month is likely going to be the chance to grab Genesect holding a Douse Drive. That battle raid is already live and trainers are going to have nearly two full weeks to battle and catch the meta relevant Pokemon. Beyond that, there are two pretty exciting Legendary bosses who are appearing with increased shiny chances that are sure to get the attention of players who are seeking a full shiny dex.
