Another Pokemon GO Legendary Raid rotation is here, which means it is time for players to double check their rosters and make sure they have all of the right counters powered up and ready to take on the next big boss. Starting yesterday, Zekrom has taken over five-star Gyms around the globe, so players should get their best Zekrom counters ready and head into battle to capture this powerful Pokemon.

Zekrom took over Battle Raids on June 16 starting in the afternoon and is going to stick around for at least a few weeks. This third of Tao Trio is fairly powerful and will be put to good use in future Battle Raids and PvP matchups, so players won’t want to miss the opportunity to encounter and catch it while they have the chance. Pokemon GO players should remember to use their Remote Raid Passes when necessary to stay safe and continue to socially distance where necessary.

In addition to appearing in five-star Raids throughout the day at regular Legendary Egg appearance rates, Zekrom is also getting a series of Legendary Raid Hours for trainers who like to plan ahead. The Legendary Raid Hours are a great way to ensure a Raid Battle with the boss you are looking for, so players should be sure to participate in those for the next three weeks if they are on the hunt for a perfect Zekrom.
