From the anticipated announcements, new game titles, and the continued support for the current Pokemon releases including the mobile games, there is a lot to be eager for.
Pokemon Masters EX may not generate the same revenue as incredibly successful Pokemon Go, but it still holds a dedicated fanbase always ready for new characters and Pokemon. With DeNA confirming that Gloria and her partner Zacian would be joining the roster, the developer is providing further reason to log in.

The very obvious choice would be for DeNA games to cave into fan demands and bring the immensely popular Water-Type Gym leader Nessa into the fray. The other likely star Sword and Shield character to step into the Pokemon battle arena that transcends time and space is the Champion himself, Leon. Although, the more likely scenario is that Victor, the male avatar in Sword and Shield, will make sure the rivalry continues by bringing Zamazenta to Pokemon Masters EX.
So with a new pairing alongside some additional bonuses, it is well worth going back to Pokemon Masters EX and getting a chance to hear Gloria for the first time. Considering The Pokemon Company opted not to give into the meme of Gloria being Scottish, the gems may be a way to mitigate fans upset over the retcon to their headcanon.
