The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Meghan King Edmonds custody battle rages between her and her ex husband, Jim Edmonds, regardless of the fact that Jim is in the process of being tested for the Coronavirus. The couple has not been able to see eye to eye since their divorce and is not making it easy for one another to move on. However, it seeems not even a pandemic can pause a messy custody battle.
Meghan first debuted as a reality star back in 2015 on the 1oth season of The Real Housewives of Orange County. She quickly rubbed Shannon Beador the wrong way and fans found her to be annoying and unlikable. Meghan and Jim married in October of 2014 and now have three children together. The couple split back in June due to cheating rumors surrounding Jim and their nanny. The couple was only married five years before calling it quits and Meghan accusing him of being controlling and abusive to her.
While the pandemic is spreading more and more around the world many people, even reality stars have had to keep going in their daily routines. But not even the worry of an unstoppable virus could stop Meghan’s ugly child custody battle. According to Fox News, Meghan was accused last week of taking the couple’s three children out of the state without ever conferring with Jim. The housewife took the three children to Los Angeles in mid-March which violated their current custody agreement. The MLB star was said to be extremely upset that his ex-wife would think it was safe to travel while the health crisis was going on. Jim then claimed she had put their children at risk. He also noted that he was not allowed to see them due to travel restrictions and felt Meghan had acted selfishly.
The source shared that Jim had given the children back on March 13 and their daughter, Aspen was running a fever, but they all flew to California on March 14th. The father of three was said to have found out that they had left the state during a FaceTime call. Meghan snapped back and claimed that a judge had given her permission and that there was no violation of their agreement regarding the children. Currently, the family has been traveling back and forth between Missouri and California.
Currently, the Coronavirus crisis in Los Angeles is said to hit the same levels as the state of New York as already 1,000 have died. The 49-year-old athlete was tested himself on Saturday for the virus as he had been struggling with his health while waiting for the results. There has been no word as of yet regarding the outcome of his test but fans hope he is staying isolated and positive.
