On The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, private concierge to the Real Housewives stars, Michael Burchill, has tongues wagging. As the women prepared for their trip to Turks and Caicos, viewers got a glimpse of his face while he spoke to the housewives via video chat. The women, especially cabaret queen Luann de Lesseps, already seemed enamored by his handsome face and charming personality. The housewives are known to be high-maintenance, and they expect the best service. Michael assured them that he would cater to their every need.
As head of staff at the luxury resort Triton Villa, Michael’s job was to plan excursions, help the women host dinners, and sometimes act as a peacemaker. He even took on the role of a professional photographer by doing a photoshoot with the women on the beach. As well as being a concierge, Michael is also a DJ at many bars and restaurants on the island. On top of that, Michael is fluent in French, which he demonstrated during a flirty conversation with Luann. When asked if he was married, the women were surprised when he answered “yes,” and viewers were even more shocked when he got a little too friendly with Luann.
During podcast host Melissa Gorga’s pajama party, Michael organized drinking games and had Luann take a shot glass of water from his mouth. Luann eagerly complied and even gave him a little peck on the mouth, which left fans reeling. There was a lot of chatter that Michael’s wife Kate would not be pleased and that he would be in the doghouse after that. Some fans speculated that she might even file for divorce after seeing that episode. After false information came out about his marriage to Kate, Michael cleared the air in a recent Instagram video. He added that all the media attention has put pressure on his marriage, but said they are working on their relationship.
Although Michael is not shy in front of cameras, which was apparent when he didn’t mind the always misbehaving Ramona flirting with him, his wife Kate chooses not to be onscreen. She was heard in the background of his Instagram video, assuring fans that she does exist. Michael joked that she is real and not a made-up “Canadian girlfriend.” He told fans that they met when they were 12 years old and were childhood sweethearts. He didn’t divulge much more information about his personal life, but his Instagram account shows that he shares two young children with Kate.
Michael seems to be taking the publicity in stride and has announced that he is now on Cameo, the platform where fans of celebrities can request personalized videos. Fans have asked Michael if he is going to be a returning concierge on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, and he replied that he’d love to be on Below Deck. Michael is an avid sailor and loves being on the water. If Captain Lee Rosbach ever hires him as a deckhand, fans (and Luann) will surely be excited to see his handsome face again.
