Selling Sunset season 2 is out now and after the dramatic spillage from season 1, fans can rejoice to finally watch the long awaited new season. One of the most polarizing characters to remember from season 1 is Davina Potratz.

Davina was one of the two new realty agents added to the Oppenheim Group, along with controversial newcomer, Chrishell. Davina, while having a little more experience at the office than Chrishell, was surprisingly not featured on the show nearly as much. Unlike other cast members she did not have appeal aided by medical assistance. In fact, Christine makes the comment that Davina is the only “real” person in the office because she’s the only one that doesn’t have plastic surgery. Naturally, Christine and Davina form a close bond over the course of the first season.

Christine comments that she respects Davina because she “calls it how she sees it.” However, this straightforward demeanor did not sit well with the other office members. Earlier in the season, Davina and Chrishell went to look at condo developments as possible real estate listings. While looking at condos, the two strike up a conversation about office member Mary and her announced engagement to French boy toy, Romain Bonnet. Mary is a 38-year-old mother and her fiance is a 25 -year-old French model. Naturally, she had exhibited the ring that Romain bought her to the office peers and revealed that the ring was in fact moissanite and not diamond. Davina commented on this, asking whether Mary was okay with the ring not being a diamond. These initial comments drew the ire of several of the office members as they were viewed as rude.

Afterwards, while talking with Chrishell at the development, she was asked about whether she felt Mary was supporting Romain financially in their relationship. Davina immediately answered that she did and the two continued to gossip about the unorthodox relationship between the couple. After her talk with Chrishell, Davina confided in office member Maya and made it appear that Chrishell, as the newcomer, was talking badly about Mary. This action of throwing Chrishell under the bus escalated drama in the office to an unprecedented level.

Davina and Chrishell were both confronted at an office dinner gathering, where Davina again threw Chrishell under the bus. This completely soured the relationship between the two girls. At one point, the entire office participated in a charity event which Davina decided to skip because she had made plans to go to Burning Man. Afterwards, Chrishell confronted Davina in front of the office about her decision and implied that her actions were self-serving. Eventually, the drama between Chrishell and Davina culminated in the season finale where Christine and Davina called Chrishell out for being fake in front of an Oppenheim group party. At this point, the Oppenheim office members were forced to pick sides in this dramatic endeavor. However, the season ends abruptly and fans do not get to see which sides the office members have chosen. Luckily, fans can now check out the results by watching the new season of Selling Sunset which is currently available on Netflix.
