Netflix has released the official trailer for Selling Tampa, a new Selling Sunset spin-off that follows the agents of Allure Realty. Owner Sharelle Rosado is introducing a new office of hungry realtors that are making their mark in the sunshine state of Florida. The all-Black and all-female team is carrying the torch from the West Hollywood real estate agency The Oppenheim Group. From the juicy trailer, the ladies at Allure look like they’re closing deals in heels all while battling it out behind the scenes.
Selling Tampa is the first official spin-off from the same creators behind Netflix’s reigning hit Selling Sunset. It follows the inner workings of Sharelle’s Allure Realty. The ambitious CEO and military veteran is tunnel-visioned on making her agency the lead contender in the Suncoast. The ladies behind the agency are the perfect combination of fun and ambitious with all of them vying to be the top seller in the luxury waterfront city. Sharelle is set on making her brokerage the dominating force in Tampa real estate and won’t let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality.
Joining her on the cast includes Alexis Williams, Anne-Sophie Petit, Colony Reeves, Juawana Williams, Karla Giorgio, Rena Frazier and Tennille Moore. Over the week, Netflix released the official trailer for the new spin-off that gives viewers a tease of what’s to come in the inaugural season. Kicking off December 15, the Allure agents can all agree that Sharelle is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to her goals for the office. “Two years ago, Sharelle was already killing it in the real estate game,” Colony says in the trailer. “The word about her starting her own brokerage, it was a hot topic. I had to be a part of it.” But what’s a reality show without the drama. The trailer goes on to tease potential feuds that could unravel over the course of the show.
Rena appears to be toying with the idea of breaking away from Allure to launch her own firm. “I’ve been really toying with the idea of starting my own brokerage and going out on my own,” Rena can be seen saying. While Christine Quinn is hailed as the most fashionable agent on Selling Sunset, the ladies of Allure are all serving fierce looks, designer labels, and chic outfits. Sharelle can be seen having emotional phone conversations with her fiancé, former NFL player Chad Johnson, and learning of her pregnancy. One agent gushes over how much the real estate market in Tampa is booming. “I’m closing deals in heels,” the Allure agents say while shopping for the latest fashions.
Despite the mini quarrels, the ladies all appear to be on one page when it comes to selling luxury properties and getting Allure the recognition in the market it deserves. Sharelle has a stern and straightforward approach with her agents and lets them know that whoever isn’t happy can leave. With Selling Tampa on the horizon, a new face in real estate is staking its claim in the industry. Viewers will be tuned in to see what type of competition the Tampa agents are bringing to the WeHo realtors. With all the sass and sophistication teased in the trailer, the spin-off is sure to reel in new fans.
