Siesta Key star Chloe Trautman announced she is engaged to her boyfriend, Chris Long, who proposed at Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah. The reality star typically keeps her relationships private as Chris has never appeared in an episode of Siesta Key. Instead, Chloe has been causing controversy throughout the series by being heavily invested in other people’s relationships. She’s typically the one to expose someone for being unfaithful or speaking badly about their partner to another cast member. It’s only in recent months that she’s made her relationship status public on Instagram.

Chloe attended fellow Siesta Key stars Madisson Hausberg and Ish Soto’s wedding in late October. Chris shared a congratulations post for the newlyweds. The video showed the two strolling through a vineyard and was captioned, “Maybe we’re next,” hinting that the two might be the next couple to tie the knot. A few weeks later, the post has come true.

On Instagram, Chloe announced that she and Chris are officially engaged. She shared a photo of her emerald engagement ring as well as a few pictures of the couple showcasing the breathtaking canyon backdrop. Chloe expressed her excitement in a long caption, writing, “From the moment I met Chris I knew he was the one. I am in a state of pure bliss and I can’t believe I get to spend my life with my best friend!!!” She concluded her lengthy caption by adding, “Love is limitless, infinite and always always always possible!”

The unique ring holds a lot of significance for the Siesta Key star. One of the biggest topics from Siesta Key season 4 was Chloe’s sudden and unexpected spiritual awakening. Fellow Siesta Key stars were confused when their once drama-brewing friend wanted to leave her past behind and spend her time meditating with crystals rather than drinking and partying with them. They were often irritated when she tried to persuade them into becoming spiritual and felt she was using spirituality to act superior to them. However, Chloe hasn’t let her friends’ opinions hold her back. As she explained in her post, “Emeralds are associated with the heart chakra and hold many metaphysical properties some which include compassion, balance, wisdom, patience and universal love.”

It’s quite beautiful how the Siesta Key star’s engagement ring holds so much significance and that her now-fiancé, Chris, was able to gift her with something she truly appreciates. Though Chloe has kept her relationships private in the past, it will be interesting to see if her soon-to-be husband will appear in future seasons of the show. The newly-engaged couple still has plenty of time to enjoy their engagement before they start wedding planning; however, it’s exciting to imagine what kind of spiritual wedding ceremony they’ll put together and which of her co-stars will attend. Chloe has burned a few bridges with her co-stars in past seasons of Siesta Key, but hopefully, her cast members can put their differences aside to support their friend during one of the happiest moments of her life.
