The perfect video for fans of Animal Crossing and Dave Coulier.

Animal Crossing fans are some of the most creative people out there. While the games lack the kind of toolset that can allow players to meticulously create whatever they want the way something like Minecraft does, people are still finding new ways to use Animal Crossing: New Horizons to make some astonishing works of art.

This includes homages to classic sitcoms from the 80s and 90s, which is what the Youtube channel Great Bit Arcade has been making for quite some time. In fact, we’ve covered them before when they remade the Super Smash Bros. opening in New Horizons. Their latest video truly shows off their ingenuity as they somehow managed to recreate the opening credits of Full House complete with a villager who’s a dead ringer for Dave Coulier.

You don’t get to see the villagers cross over the Golden Gate Bridge, but aside from that, this video is a pretty accurate recreation of the classic sitcom’s intro. Everything from the bizarre mugging of Dave Coulier to Bob Saget’s bland wholesomeness to a fairly accurate tribute to the Tanner family’s kitchen is present here. They’ve even managed to make a K. K. Slider cover of the theme song. It’s a tremendous piece of work and you’re bound to get more enjoyment out of watching this than an entire season of Fuller House.

This isn’t the first time Animal Crossing fans have replicated a piece of pop culture within the game. Not too long ago some devoted fans managed to bring Squid Game onto their island along with some traumatized villagers. Another created an almost exact replica of Leslie Knope’s office from Parks & Recreation. For some reason, players are wild about bringing other TV and film franchises into the series even if they don’t match Animal Crossing’s family-friendly nature (although it’s not hard to imagine Tom Nook running his own version of Squid Game.)

With the release of the long-awaited Happy Home Paradise DLC, there’s bound to be an increase in fans returning to the game. There’s so much new content that players should be able to remake whatever TV show they want. It’s only a matter of time until we get a Family Matters recreation complete with Raymond as Urkel.
