A new animated short from Titmouse Inc. recaps the story of Star Wars’ Skywalker family saga in under two minutes. The short illustrates major moments from Anakin’s, Luke’s, and Kylo Ren’s lives as they struggle between being Jedi and being Sith.
The Star Wars franchise will soon experience a major shift. The upcoming release of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker will not only be the end of Disney’s sequel trilogy of films, it will also be the end of the Skywalker Saga. The long-awaited conclusion will aim to wrap up not only the divisive sequel trilogy, but a storyline that has been building since 1977. With so much emphasis being given to the importance of the Skywalker family’s journey, including the upcoming video game LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, and with several old characters returning for the conclusion, fans are taking this time to look back on the story so far. Ahead of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’s release, fans have been revisiting older installments to figure just how the story will wrap up, what all the mysteries will add up to, and how Kylo Ren or possibly Rey will carry on the Skywalker legacy.
