The Masked Singer has revealed its celebrity duet partners for season 6. In a new twist, the finalists from Group A and Group B will be joined by famous singers to perform songs together. Two-time Grammy Award winner Michael Bolton will sing with the other Group A finalist. Group A currently consists of the Bull, the Skunk and wildcards the Hamster and the Pepper. For Group B, panelists Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke will be performing with the contestants for the first time ever. Although they have been guessing the identities of the singers since the show began, they have not yet taken the stage with them. The Banana Split, the Cupcake, the Mallard and the Queen of Hearts currently make up Group B.
EW also disclosed that a hint will be given in that episode from Michael’s duet partner. The contestant confesses, “This isn’t the first time I’ve sang with Michael Bolton, but he doesn’t know that.” Fans of the show can dig into their memories to try to figure out with him Michael has duetted in the past. There is a vast array of talent to choose from, since the show has revealed that the contestants from this season are Grammy Award, Academy Award and Emmy Award nominees and winners. Since the Caterpillar, the Beach Ball and the Jester are wildcards who have yet to make their Masked Singer debuts, fans will have to wait a bit longer to make informed guesses.
