The One Punch Man Game Is Having A Closed Beta  Heres How To Sign Up

If you’ve ever wanted to be a superhero, complete with your own custom avatar and legendary story, the upcoming One Punch Man video game might be for you. One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows is coming soon – and with a few easy steps, you could be one of the first people to try it out.

Video game publisher and developer Bandai Namco Entertainment released an official announcement for the game yesterday along with information detailing how eager fans can be one among the first to play the new game. Bandai Namco will be conducting a closed beta testing, running November 1-4, for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game.

Beginning on October 30th, interested participants can claim an exclusive code to test the game. In order to participate, players must sign up by October 16th through Bandai Namco’s site. Only those who are members of Bandai Namco’s free Ep!c Loyalty Program are eligible. Please note that there a limited number of codes available, and codes will be released on a first-come, first-served basis.

The closed beta time sessions are:

  • Session 1 – Friday, November 1st from 11:00 to 13:00 CEST
  • Session 2 – Saturday, November 2nd from 07:00 to 09:00 CEST
  • Session 3 – Saturday, November 2nd from 22:00 to midnight CEST
  • Session 4 – Sunday, November 3rd from 22:00 to midnight CEST

Along with the beta testing announcement, Bandai Namco also released a new trailer for One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows, featuring the game’s main theme song, “Freaking Out,” written by JAM Project, the same music group who sang the themes for the anime.

The trailer also showcases some exciting scenes of the game in action. Players can control their own custom avatar, who, after a chance encounter with Saitama himself, begin their own journey to become a hero.

With their fully customizable avatar, players can take on missions, chat with other heroes, and fight in a Jump Force style gameplay.

In addition to Saitama, other fan-favorite One Punch Man characters make an appearance in the trailer, including Genos, Mumen Rider, and Tornado of Terror.

One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows is coming soon to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. No release date has been announced.
