The goal of the new Game Pack, Star Wars: Journey to Batuu, was to allow Simmers to build their own Star Wars story in the game. While this can be done playing through the game normally, sometimes, these stories require the use of cheats.

Cheating is easy in the Sims, and players can input cheats for everything from earning more money quickly to freely building without the confines of the grid system. Cheats can help players progress in the game or start a Sim in the middle of their life or career, rather than starting from scratch. Like the Nifty Knitting Stuff Pack, Journey to Batuu has some content locked behind ranks of the Scoundrels, First Order, and Resistance or hidden in Debug. For players wanting access to this content sooner, or wanting these items in their regular game without taking the trip to Batuu, cheats will also be useful. Here are all the cheats associated with The Sims 4 Star Wars: Journey to Batuu Game Pack and how to use them.

Every Cheat in The Sims 4 Star Wars: Journey to Batuu Game Pack

As with all cheats, players will need to begin by pulling up the console and inputting the code testingcheats true. Once they press enter, cheating will activate.

• bb.enablefreebuild: Allows the player to edit the lots on Batuu.
• bb.showhiddenobjects: Allows players to unlock Build and Buy items only available for purchase in Batuu. Once players input this cheat, they will need to put DEBUG in the search bar to pull up all hidden objects.
• bucks.update_bucks_by_amount 51201 [number]: Gives players any amount of Galactic Credits to use in Batuu. Replace the brackets with a number. For example, bucks.update_bucks_by_amount 51201 250 will give the player 250 more Galactic Credits.
• cas.unlockbytag GP09: Unlocks all locked clothing items and accessories. Must be input in Create a Sim.
• sims.fill_all_commodities: Immediately fulfills all needs of every Sim in the active household.
• stats.set_skill_level Skill_Fitness 10: Maximize the fitness skill, and, by extension, the lightsaber skill. Players can input any other number from 1-10 to adjust their desired skill level.
• stats.set_skill_level Major_Programming 10: Max out the programming skill, which will allow players to more easily slice into control panels, override locks, and sneak around Batuu. Players can input any other number from 1-10 to adjust their desired skill level.
• stats.set_skill_level Major_RocketScience 10: Max out the rocket science skill, which will help players fly any of the spacecraft while on missions in Batuu. Players can input any other number from 1-10 to adjust their desired skill level.

Some cheats do not require the console and can be accessed as long as testingcheats true has been entered. To access these, players will need to Shift + click their Sim and choosing options in from the resulting bubbles.

• Get Free Batuu items: Shift + Click the Sim, click Batuu Cheats, and click Give Batuu Items. Sims will receive a Jedi Holocron, 5 Kyber Crystals, a Comlink, a Sith Holocron, 30 Scrap Metal, a Thermal Detonator, TD2.3 Electrobinoculars, 2 Fake ID Cards, Hondo’s Package, First Order Log Files, Information Fragment, 10 Dataspikes, First Order Uniform, DL-44 Blaster Pistol, Resistance Disguise, Dok-Ondar’s Lost Antiquities, 5 Lightsaber Hilts, F-11D Blaster Rifle, First Order Access Codes, and a Compiled Batuu Report.
• Change Faction Reputations: Shift + Click the Sim, click Batuu Cheats, and choose Batuu Reputation. Here, players can add reputation for a certain faction, set a specific faction reputation level, or set the faction reputation to just before they will level up.
• Change Faction World States: Shift + Click the Sim, click Batuu Cheats, and choose Faction World States. Players can use this to set the faction banners for each district. This can also help them reach Rank 3, where they will meet Rey and Kylo Ren.
• Turn Needs On or Off: Shift + Click the Sim, click Cheat Need, and choose Enable/Disable Need Decay. Sims can more easily complete missions without needing to travel back to the Dwelling to refill their need meters.
• Add Rey and/or Kylo to Household: Shift + Click on the NPC and choose Add to Family. Players can then customize the character’s look and name back on the regular Sim’s world and can even begin a relationship with them.

Using cheats, players can better tailor the experience in the new Game Pack to their needs and continue enjoying some of the perks of the pack when their Sim decides to return home.
