She can generate insane amounts of energy, and she has already given an example of her power when she destroyed the moon without breaking a sweat. As for Luther, he can definitely physically destroy someone in a fight, but his powers can go only so far, and so does his intelligence.

Actually, Luther Hargreeves doesn’t really have a superhero moment in the series because it’s not him who has done the saving. Instead, it has been a combination of Five and Ben who have sacrificed the most.
