10 The Syndicate: (2012 – ) – 7.6

The Syndicate is an incredibly popular British show, with each season focusing on a different group that has a betting syndicate on the lottery. Each season is different, but Timothy Spall was part of the original that was set in Leeds, with a group of supermarket employees winning the big one.

He is the manager of the supermarket who ends up in hospital after he is attacked during an attempted robbery. However, this leads to him finding out he has terminal brain cancer, which brings a ton of emotion to his particular storyline.

Outside Edge was a comedic series that focused on a local village cricket team and their struggles on the pitch to simply win a game, as well as their lives behind the scenes.
