Too Hot To Handle star Joey Joy recently shared a picture on Instagram with YouTube star and social media personality Tana Mongeau. Miami-born reality star Joey appeared on Too Hot To Handle season 2 and joined the others on the island in the middle of the show. He was supposedly a plant by the producers to disrupt the relationships that the cast members had formed at the beginning of the season. And it worked; Joey soon began dating fellow cast member Carly Lawrence.
At the beginning of Too Hot To Handle season 2, Carly forms a relationship with Seattle-based Chase DeMoor. When Chase called it quits and shared a bed with another cast member on the same day, Carly moved on with Joey. The two continued to date after the show ended, but Carly recently revealed that Joey cheated on her, leading to their split. Tana is well-known for hanging out with many different celebrities, including fellow YouTubers, other reality stars, and TikTok personalities. Although she has often been accused of spending time with other celebrities purely for “clout,” the YouTube star embraces this accusation and uses it to fuel her social media presence.

Joey’s photo shows himself and Tana at a restaurant in Miami with a caption calling the YouTube star the “CloutFarm Queen.” Fans in the comments were excited to see the two hanging out. This is not the first time Tana has hung out with a Too Hot To Handle star. After Francesca Farago from Too Hot To Handle season 1 broke up with fellow show contestant Harry Jowsey, she was seen holding hands with Tana, which sparked relationship rumors. Around the same time, Tana, who had previously dated actress and model Bella Thorne, shared a photo with Francesca on her story alongside the caption, “We’re dating now, pick it up TMZ.” It is not entirely clear from Joey’s picture what the exact nature of his relationship with Tana is.
One commenter alludes to Tana’s history with Too Hot To Handle cast members while sharing their distaste for the YouTube star by stating that “Francesca >>> Tana.” Fans of both Too Hot To Handle and Tana may wonder if the duo are really hanging out or if the photo was simply for “clout.” Seeing as it’s the only photo that either star has posted with each other, it looks as though it may be the latter.
