Like with most projects in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the characters featured on WandaVision are made up of a mix of both superhuman and regular people. Not only did they help the show to feel more grounded in reality but it also looks like several of them will be appearing in a couple of future projects.

As fans know by now, each character is seen to bring something to the table. However, as the show went on, it was pretty clear that certain characters had more sway over the others. In fact, there was only so much they could do since their knowledge and/or powers weren’t as strong in comparison to others.

9 Darcy

While she isn’t a fighter, Darcy’s mind is her strongest weapon. Not only is she an extremely skilled scientist with a doctorate in astrophysics from Culver University, but she also has a lot of experience working with superpowered individuals in the Thor movies.

She was also the one to figure out how to broadcast WandaVision so that they could monitor the people inside the Hex as well as explain the science behind how it was possible in the first place. Not to mention how she was able to remotely hack into Hayward’s personal files to uncover the truth about Project Cataract, which was his plan to resurrect the Vision.

8 Jimmy

Unlike most of the other characters, Jimmy doesn’t have any sort of powers that would make him helpful in a fight against enhanced individuals but that doesn’t mean he’s completely useless. Woo is a skilled martial artist and was able to subdue several SWORD agents when he, Monica, and Darcy were being escorted off the base so that they could sneak back in.

He is also extremely resourceful, being able to subtly steal a phone and then use a safety pin to escape from the handcuffs he was placed in. All of Woo’s skills are likely the results of his training that he received when he was an agent of SHIELD. He’s proved just how valuable of a character he is, showing fans a different side of the bumbling FBI agent they met in Ant-Man and the Wasp.

7 Hayward

Despite not being a super-powered individual, Hayward was still a major threat in the series. Not only was he in command of America’s strongest government agencies, which granted him access to specialized weaponry and an army of SWORD agents at his disposal, but he was also in control of the original Vision’s body.

However, after the original Vision’s programming was uncovered, Hayward lost a lot of power as he was no longer in control of the synthezoid. In the end, he was just a regular guy with a lot of resources and authority.

6 Tommy

Like his late uncle Pietro, Tommy can run at extremely sonic speeds as well as observe and process things just as quickly. When he runs, he leaves behind a streak of light that fades the further away he gets.

He first discovered the ability while trick-or-treating with his family when he ran a few blocks and back in a matter of seconds. He later used his powers alongside his brother to steal all of the SWORD agents’ weapons before they could fire them before running back to his brother’s side.

5 Billy

Billy takes after his mother, with him having psionic powers that first manifested when he sensed his father was in danger and was able to help mentally locate him. His mind-reading abilities further developed, allowing him to hear all the thoughts of the Westview citizens, except for Agatha’s.

He is shown to be able to see into the future with him seeing his mother attack the Westview citizens after they confront her. He used his powers again to mentally freeze the SWORD agents that managed to make it inside Westview, temporarily using his mind control and his telekinesis to stop a bullet that Hayward shot at him and his brother.

4 Vision

The Vision was originally created out of Vibranium by Ultron. Soon after, JARVIS was uploaded into him by the Avengers. In addition to his enhanced strength, Vision’s control over the mind stone allowed him to fly, change his density to make his skin impenetrable or intangible, and emit a powerful laser beam.

Wanda is the only character ever to completely overpower him due to her connection to the mind stone. While the version Wanda created has the same abilities as the original, he could not survive outside of the Hex and disappeared when it did. The original is still out there in a white form and lacking the mind stone due to it being destroyed in Avengers: Infinity War

3 Monica

After her abilities were first teased during Captain Marvel, Monica finally received powers after passing through the Hex for a third time, resulting in her DNA being rewritten. While it isn’t exactly clear what all her abilities are, she has used a few of them so far. For one, she can see the electromagnetic spectrum in a way that regular humans can’t, which she first uses after breaking back into the town and later when looking at the energy in Agatha’s lair.

She can also absorb energy, which she uses when Wanda angrily tries to telekinetically slam her into the ground. The last power she’s shown is intangibility, which she uses when Hayward tries to shoot at the twins and she jumps in front of the bullets. Not only do they go through her but they also slow to a halt after they do. Even without her powers though, Monica is a capable fighter and was able to take on a couple of SWORD agents with ease.

2 Agatha

Agatha is a witch trained in sorcery and also has practiced in the dark arts due to her access to the Darkhold. Her powers are similar to Wanda’s but she is far less powerful. However, that doesn’t mean she hasn’t got strengths in other areas. What she lacks in power against Wanda, she makes up for in experience and knowledge.

As fans know, she had various magical abilities, like telekinesis, teleportation, and mind control (among others). Her main ability seems to be draining the power from other magic users, best exemplified when she takes the powers from her coven and tries to do with Wanda. However, after Wanda fully accessed her true power, Agatha has now had her powers subdued. Still, Wanda is likely going to keep her around for the experience, especially since Agatha has helped her make a few breakthroughs.

1 Wanda Maximoff

While she originally believed she gained her abilities from the mind stone, she learned that she always possessed magic since birth. According to Agatha, Wanda’s ability to manipulate Chaos Magic makes her a Scarlet Witch, whose power transcends that of the Sorcerer Supreme.

She was able of transforming the entire town of Westview into her ideal reality while controlling the thousands of citizens that lived there. She was also able to completely recreate Vision from nothing as well as defeat Agatha in a battle, draining all of her power. Her powers will only continue to grow since she’s practicing magic with the Darkhold and will likely be further explored in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
