Aaron Eckhart and Tommy Lee Jones headline the movie Wander, so how do you know them and the supporting cast? Directed by April Mullen, the 94-minute thriller released in theaters during late 2020. Wander follows a conspiracy theorist who investigates the government’s possible role in a local murder.

In Wander, a private eye named Arthur Bretnik (Eckhart) co-hosts a conspiracy theory podcast with his older buddy Jimmy Cleats (Jones). He’s traumatized by the death of his daughter and discovers that runaways are being implanted with technology for government testing, or at least that’s how it seems from his perspective. After meeting with a supposed CIA agent, Elsa Viceroy, Arthur learns the dark truth about government immigration regulations.

The Wander main cast features two big-name male stars, but audiences may be most intrigued by Canadian actress Katheryn Winnick, who portrays the enigmatic Elsa. Aaron Eckhart As Arthur Bretnik

Aaron Eckhart stars as Arthur Bretnik, aka Atlas Major, the c0-host of a conspiracy-themed podcast called The Thought Junction. He’s hired to investigate a murder and mentally unravels while theorizing about a connection to his daughter’s death. Eckhart starred as Nick Naylor in Thank You for Smoking and portrayed Harvey Dent in The Dark Knight. He also appeared as Benjamin Asher in London Has Fallen and Jimmy Doolittle in Midway.

Katheryn Winnick As Elsa Viceroy

Katheryn Winnick c0-stars as Elsa Viceroy, a CIA agent who recruits Arthur to help her investigate the deaths of lower-class runaways. Winnick starred as Lagertha in Vikings and headlines Big Sky as Jenny Hoyt. She also appeared as Oxana in Stand Up Guys and Laurie in The Dark Tower.

Heather Graham As Shelly Luscomb

Heather Graham portrays Shelly Luscomb, Arthur’s good friend who worries about his mental health. In the late ’90s, Graham appeared as Rollergirl in Boogie Nights and Felicity Shagwell in Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me. She later portrayed Jade in The Hangover movie franchise and Julia in Californication.

Tommy Lee Jones As Jimmy Cleats

Tommy Lee Jones co-stars as Jimmy Cleats aka Wild Horse, the co-host of the conspiracy podcast The Thought Junction. He’s Shelly’s uncle and colludes with Elsa. Jones earned an Oscar nomination for portraying Clay Shaw in JFK and won for his performance as Samuel Gerard in The Fugitive, and starred in the MCU as Colonel Chester Philips in Captain America: The First Avenger. He also landed Academy Awards nods for In the Valley of Elah and Lincoln. Jones is arguably best known for starring as Ed Tom Bell in No Country for Old Men.

Nicole Steinwedell as Tanya: Arthur’s wife who lives in a vegetative state because of an accident. Nicole Steinwedell portrayed Bridget Sullivan in The Unit and Doris in A Single Man.

Deborah Chavez as Elena Guzman: A Wander native who hires Arthur to investigate her daughter’s death. Deborah Chavez portrayed Señora Rodriguez in The Reunion and Miguel’s Mother in Sun Belt Express.

David Gibson as Victor Canton: A Wander local who Arthur believes is actually a scientist that innovates chip technology. David Gibson appeared in Joker as a WBC News Anchor and portrayed Headmaster in Human Capital.

Brendan Fehr as Nick: An FBI agent who informs Arthur about the true identities of his perceived enemies. Brendan Fehr portrayed Michael Guerin in Roswell and George Waggner in Final Destination. He also appeared as Captain Bauer in Better Call Saul and Ewan in Wynonna Earp.
