In addition, Chloe learned that she was created by God for Lucifer and that Amenadiel delivered the “gift” that allowed her to be born, and she is coping with this as well as the realities of how she can make a relationship with the Devil work. Dan still has to deal with learning the truth about Lucifer being the Devil (which will be addressed with a twist that sees Dan asking Lucifer for a favor), while Ella has to reconcile that her new boyfriend Pete is a serial killer. Plus, Maze is trying to gain a soul while Amenadiel and Linda must figure out what their baby’s mortality ultimately means for his future. Finally, Michael still has to carry out his master plan to destroy his twin brother, the Devil. So there is a massive amount of story for Lucifer season 5, part 2 to resolve.
