The star of the series has been keeping busy — in fact, Bohemian Rhapsody’s cheesy Mike Myers cameo providing one of the film’s biggest laughs. His appearance demonstrated that the veteran comedian can still appeal to today’s audiences and that he’s eager to return to big screen work.

In January 2020, Roach confirmed that he would be interested in making a fourth Austin Powers film. So with Myers back to acting, a Bond franchise bringing back classic 007, and plenty of enthusiasm from the franchise creators, it seems certain Austin Powers 4 will happen — eventually.
