Where can animated sitcom King Of The Hill be found online and is it on Netflix, Hulu or Prime? Before his breakthrough as the creator of Beavis And Butt-Head, Mike Judge worked various tech roles like programming fighter jet systems. Beavis And Butt-Head was spawned from his animated short Frog Baseball and the show’s feckless teen losers – both voiced by Judge himself – became cultural icons in the 1990s, even receiving their own movie spinoff.

Mike Judge has created several great movies and shows throughout his career, including Office Space, Idiocracy and HBO sitcom Silicon Valley – which was inspired by Judge’s own short-lived stint there. Outside of Beavis And Butt-Head, arguably his most beloved series is King Of The Hill. The show debuted in 1997 and follows Hank Hill, a propane salesman from Texas. Hank sees himself as a regular American joe but he has to put up with his odd assortment of family and friends, including son Bobby.

King Of The Hill ran for an incredible thirteen seasons and could be hilarious and moving in equal measure. Judge assembled a talented voice cast around himself too, including Pamela Adlon, Kathy Najimy and Stephen Root. Given the show has over 250 episodes, that gives viewers looking for a great sitcom plenty to binge. While the show isn’t currently available to stream on Netflix or Prime in the U.S., all thirteen seasons are available to watch on Hulu.

Seven seasons of King Of The Hill are also available on DIRECTV, but the show is currently unavailable to rent or purchase from other platforms like YouTube, Google Play or iTunes. Since the series came to an end in 2010, Mike Judge has mentioned the possibility of reviving it and that a new King Of The Hill would focus on older versions of Hank and the rest of the cast. This concept was even pitched to Fox years ago but ultimately didn’t go ahead.

Mike Judge has also mentioned bringing back Beavis And Butt-Head for either a new series or a movie sequel, which also has yet to happen. While King Of The Hill never received the live-action treatment, in 2000 Judge directed a live-action pilot for spinoff Monsignor Martinez, which is based on the show of the same name that recurs throughout King Of The Hill. This pilot was never shown as Fox were apparently nervous about the central concept – which features a killer priest – would prove too controversial.
