1 Insidious (2010)

Insidious is the perfect movie for fans to go and enjoy if they like The Conjuring, as it has very similar levels of horror. With big jump scares and a family in peril, there are easy parallels between the two films that fans would likely enjoy.

Just like in The Conjuring, experts have to be brought in to try and eliminate the dark souls that are around, with the young boy of the family being the most at risk. Plus, this movie also happens to feature Patrick Wilson, who is a big part of The Conjuring franchise as well.
