Chasing Amy has a Criterion Collection release and contains more of a story than almost anything in his View Askew movies.

The movie has some difficult moments in today’s society, but at heart, the movie is about a man who has a narrow view of sexuality and finds it hard to deal with someone with a past he feels uncomfortable with. Red State Is Flawless
