This popular but bleak fan theory says that the show follows Bob trying to cope with the death of his family after a series of accidents, shown in the opening credits, as he killed his family and breaks down.

The detailed theory claims that Linda died first prompting Bob to open a restaurant next to Mort’s funeral home. Louise dies in a fire, Gene dies from an infected rat bite, and Tina dies by electrocution when a telephone pole falls into the restaurant.

9 Bob Is Dead And Linda Married Archer

This theory takes the Bob’s Burgers and Archer crossover episode and wonders if Bob is actually dead in the Bob’s Burgers universe and Linda remarried Archer.

6 Tina Is Transgender

This fan theory is based on the fact that Tina is not in the unaired pilot episode, but a character named Daniel is.
