Loba’s upcoming P2020 skin might be available during Apex Legends’ summer sale, according to dataminers.

Although Loba can arm herself with whatever she finds in Apex Legends, her signature weapon is actually a humble P2020 pistol. You can spot her make use of it in the Season 5 launch trailer when she aims it at Revenant and fails to put a bullet between his eyes (she’s also no fool, and uses her ultimate ability to arm herself with an R-301 to take on attacking robots immediately afterward).

It turns out that Loba’s P2020 is just as special as she is. A unique skin has been found in the recent Lost Treasure update that showcases the skin, and we might even be able to grab it sooner than we think.

The news comes from prolific Apex Legends dataminer @Shrugtal, who posted images of the skin to their Twitter account. It’s called Ivory Fang, and it is an extremely customized version of the P2020. In fact, very little of the original weapon is left.

Compared to a regular P2020, Ivory Fang has a shorter barrel, modified trigger and trigger guard, and intricate filigree all over the slide. It also has an ivory handle with a picture of a wolf’s head, and on the receive is etched the name “Loba.”

Shrugtal also tells us that the new skin will be available during the Summer Sale, whenever that is (but likely soon!). The summer sale is reportedly going to put a bunch of limited-time cosmetics at a steep discount while also introducing new ones, such as Ivory Fang here.

Dataminers (including Shrugtal) have also located an upcoming paintball limited-time game mode in the recent Lost Treasure Collection update. Snippets of data indicate differently-colored rounds and the possibility that you might be able to customize just what you coat your opponents in, including yellow, purple, and green. References to “paint” and “paintball” made it pretty clear what we’re in for, although no date or supporting data was found.
