Legendary Clue 4 is the final mission left in Pokemon Crown Tundra DLC. This guide will help players complete it. Pokemon: Sword & Shield has come to a conclusion with the release of the Crown Tundra. The second half of the expansion pass throws players into an icy wasteland full of hidden secrets to discover. From hidden tombs to Galarian forms of the legendary bird trio from Kanto, there is plenty to discover while in the Crown Tundra. Early on, the player will meet a new character, Peony, a father on vacation with his daughter in the Crown Tundra. Eventually, he will task you with solving the legendary mysteries happening in the Crown Tundra. Here’s how players can complete Legendary Clue 4.
To complete Legendary Clue 4, the player will first need to complete the other legendary clues. These all include interacting with the new legendary Pokemon in the Crown Tundra. Here are all the tasks and a simple way to complete them
- Legendary Clue 1: Complete the Calyrex Questline.
- Legendary Clue 2: Capture all of the Regi’s in the Crown Tundra.
- Legendary Clue 3: Capture all of the Galarian bird Trio (Zapdos, Articuno, Moltres)
Legendary Clue 4 can only be unlocked once all of these are completed. Here’s what players need to do to complete this final legendary quest.
How To Solve Legendary Clue 4 in Pokemon Crown Tundra DLC
After completing the first 3 Legendary Clues, Peony will head over to the Max Lair. Go speak with him and he will give the player the final legendary clue having to do with the Ultra Beast, Pokemon from another world, making their way into the Galar region. To complete the task, the player will need to capture Necrozma, the Ultra Beast that initially opened up the wormhole above the Crown Tundra. To do this, participate in Dynamax Adventures until Necrozma spawns. 10 Ultra Beast will begin to spawn as the final boss of the Dynamax Adventures. Players can even speak with Peonia about directions to certain Ultra Beast for a specific amount of ore. Once the player is able to capture one, present it in front of Peony to complete the final Legendary Clue.
The door has closed in the Galar region since there has been no announcement of more DLC coming to the game. It is likely that Game Freak will be focusing on its next big project. The DLC itself has been a great way to add more adventures to the Galar region. Hopefully, paid DLC will be the method of releasing new content for older generations in the future.
