NintendoSoup is now accepting worldwide pre-orders for Nessa and Drednaw, and Raihan and Duraludon sets of Pokémon Scale World Galar figurines. These sets are the latest to join the models available for pre-order for the Galar region Pokemon figurine collection from Pokémon Sword and Shield. Other characters from the Galar region available for pre-order include Grookey and Thwackey; Scorbunny, Robot, and Toxel; Sobble and Drizzile; Yamper, Wooloo, and Alcremie; Inteleon; Cinderance; and Gloria.
Nessa, the Gym Leader of Hulbury Gym, is the second Gym Leader trainers battle against in the Gym Challenge. She specializes in Water-type Pokémon, much like her companion Drednaw in the figurine set. Raihan, Gym Leader of Hammerlock Stadium, specializes in Dragon-type Pokemon and is the eighth and last Gym Leader players face in the Galar region in Pokémon Sword and Shield. Raihan’s accompanying figure, Duraludon, is a Steel/Dragon-type Pokemon.
All Pokemon Scale World Galar figurines ready for pre-order are 1/20 scale and are made of plastic. The scale is small, the dimensions of most of the figurines are just a few millimeters all around, the exception being the Rillaboom with a height of 105 millimeters. The Nessa and Drednaw set is priced at $59.99 and the Raihan and Durludon set costs $69.99 at the NintendoSoup store. These figurines are exclusive to Premium Bandai and will be released in November 2020.
The other sets in the collection, including the Rillabloom figurine that is sold separately, that are ready for pre-order will be available a little earlier, September 2020. Though the purchase of all models includes soda flavored gum and will be shipped directly from Japan with an expected delivery date of two to five working days from their release.
The Nessa and Drednaw, and Raihan and Durludon sets will be a welcome addition to those who have already pre-ordered the other models of the collection. The whole Pokemon Scale World Galar series figurine set comes in at $244.96 without shipping costs. Some might find the price daunting, but avid Pokémon players and collectors of scale figurines might find the cost a small price to pay to have these characters as new residents in their homes.
