A life of abuse and manipulation clearly takes its toll on a person, as Ghetsis ultimately went mad.

As a result of this experiment, a Magikarp was forced to evolve into a Red Gyarados.

Tyson attacked Ash, Misty, and Brock at the Lake of Rage when he found out they had seen the Gyarados in “Rage of Innocence.” He was determined to keep them from leaving the lake with knowledge of his experiment, but Lance and his Dragonite stopped his attack. Tyson was caught and arrested in the end.

Even meddling with evolution is something the professor is guilty of. In “Talkin’ ‘Bout an Evolution” and “Rage of Innocence,” he had an entire research station dedicated to perfecting a weapon that could force Pokemon to evolve.

2 Dr. Yung Genetically Modified Pokémon

Yung is immoral and ruthless, careless for the lives of Pokémon and their well-being, despite his pleasant demeanor. He believed that lives may be taken at any time if they helped him with his studies. He’s also spiteful, threatening anybody who tried to stop him.

Cyrus, the boss of Team Galactic, is the main antagonist of the Sinnoh games. Cyrus desires to completely annihilate the current universe and reshape it to his liking. He has absolutely no regard for life, making him truly evil and unredeemable. He sees himself as a god and others as unworthy. In his universe, he is god, and Legendaries will serve him whether they like it or not. Because he is incapable of feeling empathy, he will most likely use the Legendaries to construct the world he desires, rather than seeing them as a part of his universe’s destiny.
